Purpose and behavior

Instruction text, or a function of HarnessInstructionContext (sandbox, signal, model, mcp) that returns it, possibly asynchronously. Accepted by defineHarnessInstructions() and a skill’s instructions; empty text, or a function that resolves to anything but a string, fails with code configuration.
