Values: “allocating” (provider acquisition in progress), “ready” (sandbox started), “closing” (release in progress), “cleanup-failed” (release or workspace cleanup failed; resources may remain), “allocation-uncertain” (startup failed before the provider returned a lease, so a sandbox may exist without an owner).
